Return Policy

Our Promise

We want you to love your Dentium Lux experience.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

However, due to the hygienic nature of teeth whitening products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact our team at support@dentiumlux.com with your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@dentiumlux.com.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us.
